Archaeologists Find Cheese Clinging to 3,600-Year-Old Chinese Mummies

NBC News video still

This story gives new meaning to the term "finely aged cheese". Well, we don't know how fine it tastes at the point, but the fact that it can still be called cheese after 3,600 years says something about the cultured milk product. The good news is, you probably don't have to toss out the old brick of velveta that's been in your fridge since last spring.
