A Dallas judge has ordered a lesbian couple to stop living together, saying they'll lose custody of one partner's children if they continue to cohabitate. The judge has cited a morality clause common in Texas divorces prohibiting a parent from having a romantic partner to whom he or she is not married stay overnight while kids are there. The problem? Same-sex marriage is illegal in Texas, so Carolyn Compton and Page Price can't get hitched. While they plan to comply with the order, “even though it will be disruptive" and potentially "harmful" to Compton's "happy and well-adjusted" daughters, ages 10 and 13, they're considering an appeal. "It is a clear violation of our civil rights,” Price wrote on Facebook.
