You may not be aware, but this is my third go-round at Muskegon Radio. A couple years back, I was the morning show host for the now defunct Star 108. They gave that frequency to our friends at WMUS, About 25 years or so prior to that I got my start in professional radio for an AM/FM combo which no longer exists either. (Man I must be old) Anyway, I'm back again and ready to deliver you a steady dose of your favorite rock-n-roll along with some information you can use and maybe even a grin or two. Take care and thanks for listening!
While Toronto Mayor Rob Ford did penance for reading while driving by hitting himself in the head with a TV camera, a new scandal might be less easy to move on from. Two Toronto Star reporters have claimed they were shown a video in which a man that they think looks a whole lot like their mayor appears to be smoking crack. The video was supposedly taken on a phone by someone who claims to have supplied the mayor with crack cocaine and reportedly, towards the end of the video, the man thought to look a lot like Ford mumbles to the person holding the phone something that sounds like, "that better not be on." Ford's lawyer has described some of the reporting of the video as false and defamatory and says it's impossible to tell what the person in the video is doing.
