You may not be aware, but this is my third go-round at Muskegon Radio. A couple years back, I was the morning show host for the now defunct Star 108. They gave that frequency to our friends at WMUS, About 25 years or so prior to that I got my start in professional radio for an AM/FM combo which no longer exists either. (Man I must be old) Anyway, I'm back again and ready to deliver you a steady dose of your favorite rock-n-roll along with some information you can use and maybe even a grin or two. Take care and thanks for listening!
If you can summon the energy, feel free to blame pot for the fact that doing anything at all just seems so ... tiring. Although there's plenty of positive news about the health benefits of marijuana, here's one wrinkle in the argument that it's completely good for you: Researchers in London have found that long-term use leads to decreased levels of dopamine, a chemical associated with motivation. More pot, less dopamine, and less dopamine, less motivation, more time in front of the TV watching "Scott Pilgrim Vs the World" for the 127th time.
