How is this possible you ask? The math actually, almost makes sense when you do it.
First factor - Paul and Margo have been married for 56 years, he started buying dresses for her a few years prior to their marriage which means he purchased the garments at a rate of about 76 per month. Yeah, that's a lot of dresses.
But Margot and Paul were professional ballroom dancers, so he got into the habit early on in their romance and just kept going. He said he did it through "our love for one another and our love of dancing". Paul wrote on his facebook page, "I would envision Margot dancing in the dress, the look of it, the sound of the music and I would just buy it for her to wear while we were dancing."
As the years piled up, so did the dresses. Now, unfortunately, due to the rising cost of storage and Paul's failing health, the couple has been forced to sell much of the collection. They launched a website and a facebook page to help sell the dresses, but not to worry, they still plan to keep some of the most special ones.
Now, go kiss your wife and buy her a new dress.
